Calendly alternative
Looking for a Calendly alternative? Here's how CushyCal is different.
Calendly is the best-known scheduling tool, with a very wide range of integrations and strong team features. If you take paid sessions with clients, here's what you get with CushyCal.
Free forever plan. 14 days of Pro included, no card needed.
Why people switch from Calendly
- Unlimited session types on the free plan.
- Deposits, pay-later reminders and no-show fees built in, not bolted on.
- WhatsApp reminders, popular with clients in Asia and Europe.
- A lifetime option and simple flat pricing.
Everything you get
Checked against your calendar
Your Google, Outlook or CalDAV calendar is checked live just before each booking is confirmed, not only from a copy that might be minutes old.
Time zones by name
Clients see times in their own zone, labelled by city (“New York time”), with your time alongside if they want it.
Payment at booking
Full payment or a deposit at booking, pay-later links with automatic reminders, refund rules you set, and an optional no-show fee.
Reminders before every session
Email, and text or WhatsApp on paid plans, with one-tap confirm, reschedule and cancel. No login needed.
When nothing fits
Send hand-picked times as one link, or let clients propose a time you approve.
Your clients, organised
Every client's sessions, payments, attendance, notes and tags in one place, with reviews you can show on your page.
Switching takes two minutes
Paste a Calendly API token and bring over your session types, hours, upcoming bookings and clients. Nothing is emailed to your clients, and you can run it again any time.
Free forever plan. 14 days of Pro included, no card needed.
