Why switch
What you get by switching from Google Calendar
- Unlimited session types on the free plan, each with its own link.
- Email reminders before every session, with one-tap reschedule and cancel, on every plan.
- Take payment on the free plan: in full, as a deposit, or by a pay-later link, with refund rules and no-show fees.
- Keep Google Calendar. Your busy times are checked live before every booking, and sessions go straight into it.
On every plan
Everything you get
Checked against your calendar
Your Google calendar is checked live just before each booking is confirmed, so something you added a minute ago still blocks that time. Outlook is coming soon.
Time zones by name
Clients see times in their own zone, labelled by city (“New York time”), with your time alongside if they want it.
Payment at booking
Full payment or a deposit at booking, pay-later links with automatic reminders, refund rules you set, and an optional no-show fee.
Reminders before every session
Email reminders with one-tap confirm, reschedule and cancel, and clients never need to log in. Text and WhatsApp reminders are coming soon on paid plans.
When nothing fits
Send hand-picked times as one link, or let clients propose a time you approve.
Your clients, organised
Every client's sessions, payments, attendance, notes and tags in one place, with reviews you can show on your page.
Moving over from Google Calendar
Keep using Google Calendar: connect it here and your busy times stay off your booking page. Add your session types, set your hours, then swap your old booking link for your new one.
